Who is Tailored Events?

Tailored Events grew from owner Karen Moore’s passion for detail and her drive for the “wow” factor and out-of-the-box event design … all starting when she planned her own wedding and other events for family and friends. Karen is a 2-Carat Insider’s Secret Wedding Planner and a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.

The desire of the company is to produce an event that’s unique and affordable … and sparkles with your own personal style.

Our services include comprehensive planning and coordination from engagement to the altar ... and everything in between. We’re there for the busy bride who has no time to plan a wedding and for the one who’s made some plans but needs a pro to make her day complete.

No event is too large or too small to be tailored just for you!

The Perfect Fit. Complete and detailed planning of your wedding celebration from choosing a color palette, selecting a venue to deciding on favors for your guests. A wedding director will provide timelines, vendor coordination, rehearsal and wedding day supervision and every little intricate detail in between. Take It In A Little. This includes month-of planning or partial coordination. Three one-hour consultations to assist with those last little details, a site walk-through and eight hours on the wedding day weekend.

Just Hem It. Are you on a budget? Want to plan your wedding personally? We’ll be there to make sure your special day is carried out to your specifications.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Whether you’re planning an intimate birthday celebration or a lavish soirée for a few hundred of your closest friends, we have the experience, creativity and resources to make your party a spectacular success. Tailored Events will take care of every detail, including professional event coordination, florals, room décor, menu selection, catering, invitations and all rental items such as glassware, china, linens, tables and chairs. We can also arrange for photographers, videographers, entertainment, lighting effects, transportation and hotel accommodations and provide gift baskets, welcome bags for out-of-town guests, a custom itinerary and much more.
